No — it's a refundable reservation fee, not a hidden charge. When you book, we dispatch a driver to wait for you at the airport (this is what funds our free airport-pickup service). Paying the $25 USD fee confirms your dates; it is then fully deducted from your final rental bill, never added on top. The rest of the rental is paid on pickup day (card POS or cash). Sites that don't charge this fee confirm bookings immediately with no payment step at all.
Official prices and the final charge are always in Moroccan Dirham (MAD/DH). USD and EUR amounts on the website are approximate for convenience and may vary with exchange rates. In case of difference, the MAD price prevails.
Free airport pickup in network cities, or free hotel delivery in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, Fes, Tangier, Meknes and Oujda — so you can skip taxis.
A valid driver licence and passport/ID are required at pickup. After paying the guarantee you may optionally upload these documents so we can prepare your contract faster. Files are encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) and deleted after our team downloads them (Moroccan Law 09-08 / CNDP).

A. Vehicle condition I acknowledge having inspected the vehicle and found it to be in perfect condition. I agree not to tamper with the seals or the odometer, under penalty of paying the amount corresponding to 500 km/day. B. Tires All five tires are in good condition. Normal wear is expected. In case of abnormal damage or a puncture to one of them, I agree to replace it immediately with one of the same brand and size; failing that, I agree to pay ALAMI PRESTIGE CAR the cost of the defective tire. C. Mechanics Fuel is at my expense. Repairs resulting from abnormal wear or negligence (checking water level, oil, gearbox, etc.) will be at my expense. Repairs resulting from normal wear will be at ALAMI PRESTIGE CAR's expense and will be the subject of a paid, itemized invoice accompanied by the replaced defective parts. Under no circumstances may I claim any rental compensation following repairs required by normal wear occurring during the rental.
The rental amount is paid in advance. The deposit is mandatory; it cannot be used toward an extension without your agreement. Should you grant me an extension, I agree to send you the additional rental amount 48 hours before the current rental expires, under penalty of legal action for vehicle misappropriation or breach of trust.
At the end of the rental, I will return all documents required to drive the vehicle. Failing that, I agree to pay for the days of delay until the said documents are returned.
During the rental period, I will be responsible for all offenses and traffic violations recorded against me.
I agree to use the vehicle under the best conditions of use and in compliance with the law and standards of decency. Transporting passengers for payment, narcotics, or smuggled goods — resulting in the vehicle being immobilized or seized by the competent authorities — is strictly prohibited, under penalty of paying ALAMI PRESTIGE CAR the value of the vehicle according to that year's market value, plus compensation of 20,000.00 DH, as well as any costs ALAMI PRESTIGE CAR incurs from legal proceedings.
I acknowledge having read the general conditions of your insurance policies, which I declare to be familiar with. This insurance covers: - Accidents caused to third parties, with no limit on the amount. - Vehicle insurance against theft, fire, and third-party liability. - Broken glass (items left inside the vehicle are not covered by this guarantee). - The insurance does not cover a vehicle whose driver takes part in rally competitions. - The insurance does not cover a driver without a valid driving licence, or driving under the influence. By initialing, I accept or decline insurance for transported passengers, under the rates in force, per the insurance policy. Damage caused to the rented vehicle is also insured, less a deductible equal to 30% of the vehicle's value. This deductible, at my expense, may be waived for an additional rental fee of 60.00 to 75.00 DH per day. This additional fee does not exclude vehicle repatriation costs or immobilization fees (300.00 DH per day), which remain at my expense. In the event of an accident, except in cases of accident or force majeure, I agree to: - Notify ALAMI PRESTIGE CAR of the location, date, and time. - Report the incident in writing within five (5) days (24 hours in case of theft), supported by a police or gendarmerie report, noting the names and addresses of the parties involved and any witnesses. - Notify the police or gendarmerie if a third party's fault needs to be established or if there are injuries. - Never admit liability or settle with third parties.
